Jared's leadership path began with two decades of federal service in the United States Coast Guard, where he directed HR operations serving over 40,000 personnel and led process improvements that saved millions in operational costs. That foundation in disciplined, high-stakes leadership carried into the private sector, where he directed daily operations for a 180-employee medical billing company generating over $120 million in annual collections.

From there, Jared moved into nonprofit executive leadership, where he served as President & CEO of two nonprofit organizations — leading both to increased revenue totals while overseeing strategic growth, organizational development, capital campaigns, and community partnerships.
